Platinum Price Ranges for all 385 luxury condominium suites:

• Studios: $250,000 to $340,000
• 1 Bedroom: $340,000 to $430,000
• 2 Bedroom: $440,000 to $540,000
• 3 Bedroom: $670,000 to $690,000

Standard Deposit Structure (20% Deposit):

• $5,000 on signing
• Balance of 5% in 1 Month
• 5% in 4 Months
• 5% in 9 Months
• 5% in 18 Months

Exclusive Platinum Deposit Structure Option (LIMITED TIME ONLY, 20% Deposit):

• $5,000 on signing
• Balance of 5% in 1 Month
• Remaining 15% is broken down into 15 payments over 30 months (1% deposit every 2 months)
